Privacy Policy
Updated October 5, 2026
This policy explains how DWNWIRE LLC handles information through DWNwire.com. It covers this website and related inquiries, not a released app’s full data practices. A separate or updated app privacy policy will be provided before public app distribution.
Who we are
DWNwire is operated by DWNWIRE LLC, based in DuPont, Washington. For support or privacy requests, email hello@dwnwire.com.
Contact requests
Our inquiry form asks for your name, school or program, email address, area of interest and message. We use this information to respond to requests, arrange demonstrations and provide relevant support. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, confidential student records or sensitive player information.
The custom form sends your submitted details to hello@dwnwire.com using WordPress email. Its theme code does not save entries to the WordPress database or send them to Akismet. The form uses validation and a hidden field to help detect automated submissions. Hosting, mail delivery services and email providers may separately process messages and retain logs or copies.
Hosting, analytics and email
WordPress.com and Jetpack, services from Automattic, provide hosting and site functionality. Jetpack Stats is active to help us understand website visits. Its processing may include IP address, browser information, pages viewed, referring page, event time, language, country and WordPress.com account information when you are logged in.
Our business mailbox uses WordPress.com Professional Email powered by Titan. Titan processes and stores messages delivered to that mailbox so we can read and respond to them.
Our installed services include Akismet Anti-spam and Gravatar Enhanced. Akismet may process data for enabled comments or other integrations, but the reviewed custom inquiry handler does not call it. Where Gravatar avatars or profiles are displayed, browsers may contact Gravatar to load those features. These functions depend on site settings.
Read the providers’ information at Automattic Privacy, Jetpack Privacy, Akismet Privacy and Titan Privacy.
Cookies and browser choices
WordPress.com and enabled features may use cookies or similar technologies for login, site operation, preferences and analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some features. This page does not itself disable analytics or establish a cookie-consent mechanism.
How we share information
Information is processed by providers needed to operate the website, deliver email, measure traffic and address inquiries. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect lawful rights and security. This policy does not authorize selling inquiry information or adding you to unrelated marketing lists.
Retention
We retain inquiry and support emails for 12 months after the last interaction, unless an ongoing customer relationship, unresolved issue, dispute or legal recordkeeping obligation requires longer retention. We review and delete messages according to this schedule. Provider logs and backups follow provider retention practices; deleting a mailbox message may not immediately remove backup copies. Purchase and accounting records, if created, follow applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Your requests
Email hello@dwnwire.com to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold. We may verify your identity before responding. Applicable legal rights remain available. We cannot directly delete records controlled independently by another provider.
Security and children
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no service is completely secure. This website is intended for adult coaches and authorized team or school personnel, and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has improperly submitted personal information.
Future features and policy changes
Customer-facing AI support chat is planned but is not currently enabled. We will update this policy with the provider and relevant data practices before introducing that feature. We will also update the policy when website practices materially change and provide additional notice where required.
